Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and the operator of WhereToWatchGames.com (“we,” “us,” or “the Site”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version always lives at this URL.

WhereToWatchGames.com publishes sports television and streaming listings: which channel or service is scheduled to carry a game, match, or event, and when it is scheduled to start. We do not host, stream, or sell tickets to any event. Watch buttons and similar links send you to third-party sites or apps.

The Site is intended for people 13 years of age or older. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Broadcast rights, start times, blackouts, and regional availability change. Listings are compiled from sports data feeds, official announcements, and other sources we consider reliable at the time they are stored. A “coverage checked” date is the last stored verification time for those listings. It is not a guarantee that the broadcast will air as shown.

Confirm the channel or service with your provider before an event starts. We are not responsible for a missed game, a blackout, a subscription requirement, or a change made by a league, team, or distributor.

Some outbound links, including FuboTV, DAZN, Prime Video, Fanatiz, and ticket offers, are affiliate or sponsored links. We may earn a commission if you subscribe, buy, or complete another action after clicking. That does not change the price you pay the third party. Sponsored suggestions that are not confirmed listings are labeled as such.

Public browsing does not require an account. Saved games, teams, and leagues, plus theme and time-zone preferences, are stored in your browser. Clearing site data removes them. Admin access, if any, is a separate login and is not offered to the public.

The embed widget and calendar feeds on the Embed & calendar page may be used on a site or app that gives visible credit to WhereToWatchGames.com. You may not hide the credit, wrap the widget in keyword-stuffed or cloaked links, or present our listings as your own original broadcast data. We may revoke embed access at any time.

The Site’s design, compilation of listings, original copy, logos, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy the Site for a competing directory, scrape it in a way that overloads our systems, or reuse substantial listing pages without permission, except as allowed by law or the embed rules above.

Team, league, and broadcaster names and marks belong to their owners. Their appearance here is for identification only. No affiliation or endorsement is implied unless we say so.

Apple and Apple TV are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.

• Do not use the Site to break the law or to infringe anyone’s rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or overload the Site.
• Do not misrepresent listings, scrape at a rate that harms service, or bypass access controls.
• Do not use automated means to create a substitute or substantially similar service from our pages.

Links to networks, streaming services, ticket sellers, and other sites are provided for convenience. Their terms, prices, and privacy practices apply once you leave. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or transactions.

THE SITE AND ALL LISTINGS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that listings are complete, current, or error-free, or that the Site will be uninterrupted.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR OPERATORS, CONTRACTORS, AND SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR THE COST OF A SUBSTITUTE SERVICE, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY LISTING. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF TEN U.S. DOLLARS (US $10) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those places the limit applies to the maximum extent allowed.

You will defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the Site, your embed or calendar use, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or stop providing the Site, or block access, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limits on liability, and indemnity) remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Site operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue, except that we may seek injunctive relief anywhere to protect the Site. If a court finds any part unenforceable, the rest still applies.
